Los Terrenos Venue & Booking Information
Los Terrenos Single Day Events
- Venue Fee: $1,500
- Deposit: $500 (Due at the signing of the contract to secure your date)
Los Terrenos Weddings (3-Day Access)
- Venue Fee: $3,000
- Deposit: $500 (Due at the signing of the contract to secure your date)
- Day Prior (Setup and Decor Rehearsal) Have access from 12:00pm to 9:00pm
- Day of Wedding: Venue access is from 8:00am to 11:30pm
- Day After (Tear down and decor collection) Access is scheduled from 8:00am to 12:00pm
Los Terrenos Rental Fee includes access to the below
- Running water and Electricity
- Parking in Gravel lot 100 feet away from venue
- Pergolas with artificial turf for ceremony
- River/Pond access for pictures only
- Not gated small children will need to be supervised around water areas at all times by guardian
